Returns

We are sure that you won’t regret your purchase, but in case you do change your mind you can return your unopened and unused product within 30 days. Sale items, personalized products and part of sets cannot be returned.  

To start a return, email us within 3 days after receipt at orders@mykindaskincare.com with “Return” followed by your ordernumber in the subject line. We will send you a return form. Include this form in your return package and send it to the address provided.         

When returning a product, ensure it is both unopened and unused. Upon receiving the returned item, we will carefully inspect it to verify that it meets these conditions. Products that have been opened or show signs of use aren’t eligible for a refund.  

Return shipping is at your own expense, which helps us reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing unnecessary shipping.
