Is the formula the same in all 3 packages?
There a slight differences in the formulation of each. The base for all 3 is the perfect blend of natural shea butter and mineral jelly, with a touch of vitamine E as preservatives. The stick has added rice wax stick for texture. The tube contains shea oil to for it to come out easily.
Which package is the best for me?
The tube: your balm neatly contained and protected from exposure.
Ideal for: small and larger body areas, traveling, home and on the go.
The stick: for a protective layer and a mess-free application.
Ideal for: Quick touch-ups, protection throughout the day, home, office, travel and sports.
The Jar: for those who want an stylish jar in every room within reach.
Ideal for: Small or large applications, home and also suitable for travel.
How should I use and store this product, and are there any special precautions?
To ensure the best experience with your product:
• Stick: Avoid fully twisting it up, as this may cause it to break.
• Tube: Keep at room temperature for smooth application—if too cold, the product may not dispense easily. Also, be mindful not to apply excessive pressure, as this could cause the top to crack.
• Store all products below 25°C and away from direct sunlight.
How do I replace the refill stick?
Gently pull the old refill out of the bottom case. Firmly press the new refill into place. Keep theprotective lidon to secure it without damaging the stick. To prevent breakage, avoid twisting it up fully during use.
Which ingredients do you use?
We use high-quality, natural ingredients such as Shea Butter, Mineral Jelly, Rice Wax, and Vitamin E. Our shea butter is ethically sourced from West Africa through the Kolo Nafaso program, which supports sustainability and local communities. Checkthis pagefor all details.
Which ingredients will you never use?
We skip drying alcohol, fragrances, essential oils, parabens, sulfates, silicones, non-certified palm oil, microplastics, or harmful chemical sunscreens. We believe that these ingredients are not necessary for creating a formulation that supports a healthy skin and planet
Is the product safe for my skin?

Which products does the balm replace?
Our balms are highly versatile and replaces more than 10 products, including moisturizers, hand creams, calming, lip balm, (winter) sports and beauty. Check outthis page for all usages.

Which delivery options do you have?
We offer various shipping options within the Netherlands and internationally. Delivery times and carriers vary by location. Choose your preferred option at checkout.
Where to you ship too?
We ship within the Netherlands, Europe, and select international locations. The available countries will be listed at checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free within the Netherlands on orders over €50 and internationally on orders over €75. For orders below these amounts, standard shipping fees apply.
Can I return my product?
Yes, unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days.
Sale items, personalized products, and parts of sets are not eligible for return.
You will need to cover return shipping costs.

Package information
How can I reuse and recycle the packages?
Body & Face Stick: Remove the refill by pulling the refill out of the case. Rinse the refill with lukewarm water and soap, then place it in the plastic recycling bin. Reuse the case for as long as possible, just insert the fresh refill in it.
Tube: Dispose in the plastic recycling bin, so we can give it a third life.
Jar: Rinse with lukewarm water and soap before reusing. Share your creative ideas with #mykindareuse! If disposing, remove the plastic disc inside the lid with a pointy object, then discard it with regular garbage. The jar and lid are biodegradable.
What materials are your packages made of?
Sustainability is a core value at My Kinda Skincare. Our packaging is eco-conscious, using recycled plastics, biodegradable materials, and refillable options. Our Sulapac™ jars are fully biodegradable, and we offer refills for products like the Absolute Healing Stick to reduce waste even further. All our paper is made from FSC certified paper. Our commitment to sustainability also extends to water-free formulas, which require less product per use and conserve a precious resource.

What is the subscription service?
Our subscription service allows you to receive automatic refills of your favorite products. Choose your product and delivery frequency at checkout.
